The billion-year-old pink quartzite formation that creates the waterfalls of our largest city is hard to top, but see what a quarter-million holiday lights can do as accents. Mayor Mike Huether flipped the switch on 212 trees, 229 light poles, and 236,266 lights and LEDs at a special ceremony on Friday, Nov. 16. -
Visitors can enjoy a 360 degree view of the park from the five-story viewing tower. -
