The public is invited to join First Lady Linda Daugaard and Pierre Mayor Laurie Gill for the Grand Lighting Ceremony in the rotunda on Tuesday, Nov. 26, at 7 p.m. The holiday display is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily from Nov. 27 through Dec. 28.
