"My favorite is Christian's photo of the dung beetle being pulled in all different directions by thatching ants," says Laura Andrews, Assistant Marketing Director. "How many of us can relate to this photo? Luckily for us humans, our troubles rarely gang up on us, spray us with formic acid, then dismember and consume us."

We did a border to border ride on ATV's a few years ago and unloaded in Ardmore, SD drove to Neb. then headed North so Ardmore fits but then guess what we made a stop in Hoover on the same ride before proceeding North thru the Slim Buttes and then cave hills and arriving in ND. So Ardmore and Hoover are my two favorite pictures. Also this has to be my favorite issue of the SD Magazine ever, unless it's the one with Emmett Riley in it. Thanks guys and gals.
